Over the years, I have met many paralegals.   There are certain qualities and personality traits that almost every paralegal has.   Here are my top ten qualities about paralegals:

#10:  They are intelligent.

#9:  They never stop learning.

#8:  They are very savvy.

#7:  They are self-driven and motivated.

#6:  They are enthusiastic and energetic.

#5:  They give back and volunteer.

#4:  They believe in being a mentor.

#3:  They willingly share their knowledge.

#2:  They believe in advancing the paralegal profession.

The #1 reason I love and appreciate paralegals is: 

#1:  They truly care for the client's wellbeing.
